Our waiting list is always open, and we are continuously accepting new clients who are seeking independent living options. As current residents transition out of our homes, we immediately open availability to welcome the next individual in line.

We truly value the need for housing and are dedicated to helping each resident find a space where they feel secure, respected, and at home.

We’re excited to announce that our new North St. Louis location on Shreve Avenue, conveniently located along the Lee bus line, will be opening soon!

This beautiful home will offer private room accommodations only, designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment.

Upcoming - February 2026 (5 rooms available, 4 private and 1 shared )

One occupant in private room setting. Four steps located at entrance of residence ( can provide wheelchair ramp if needed). Room fully equipped with twin/full size bed, fresh linen sheets, nightstand/lamp, alarm clock, laundry basket, room decor and television.

Shared room- Two occupants in shared room setting. Four steps located at entrance of residence ( can provide wheelchair ramp if needed)and 5 steps to lower level . Lower level location. Room fully equipped with twin bed, fresh linen sheets, nightstand/lamp, alarm clock, laundry basket, room decor and television.
