Pricing:
Effective immediately, the security deposit will now match the monthly rent amount, and we will also require the first month’s rent in single or double to be paid at the time of placement, depending on clients situations.
We do understand that each client’s situation is unique, and we will do our best to work with clients on payment arrangements when possible. Our goal is to remain flexible while ensuring stability and safety within our homes.
